Back in September 2015 I had a routine blood test which showed that my glucose level was elevated and I was in the pre-diabetic range. I realized that this was a warning and that I needed to change my lifestyle or I could end up being a diabetic. My brother is an insulin dependent diabetic and there was no way I wanted to become one too with all the complications that can come with it. I was also overweight and not feeling or looking the greatest. Around that time our company, Resolute Forest products, decided to sponsor the 90 day No excuses challenge with Chris and were looking for participants. I immediately put my name down and the challenge started in October. The daily videos were motivating, taught me some new information and reminded of some things that I had “forgotten”. This, together with competing against (and cheering on) my colleagues, kept me on task with exercising and healthy eating habits, even through the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, which included a two week stay with friends and family in the UK!
I went from an uncomfortable size 12 to almost an 8 (working on getting there!), dropped 9% in weight, 9% body fat and 12 inches with 5 of those being around my waist PLUS I got rid of my double chin!!!
I can feel that my metabolism has sped up and I can splurge occasionally and my body takes it all in its stride. It feels Fabulous!

90 Daily Videos – one for each day of your challenge. Each daily video serves as your personal coach and delivers a message designed to educate, inspire, and facilitate the positive lifestyle changes necessary for you to achieve and maintain your personal fitness goals.
Private Facebook Group – your membership includes access to the private Facebook group where you’ll benefit from the support, encouragement, and camaraderie of other participants. There is also Live-Stream Q&A sessions and bonus content to help keep you focused on creating the habits necessary to support your health and fitness goals.
eBook – a downloadable eBook that includes a structured 90 day exercise program along with expertly written instructions and exercise descriptions. There are links in the eBook that take you to a video of each routine in the program so you can see exactly what you need to do and how to do it. Based on your current level of fitness, you can choose from either beginner or intermediate workouts.
Exercise Tutorials – You will also get access to my fit-n-functional instructional videos that demonstrate how to do many of the most common exercises for all major muscle groups and includes a cable machine section as a bonus.
